I went with a sore throat today, promising myself no singing, chanting or shouting. That idea was blown in the concourse before kick off. 12th and 13th men today, no doubt about it... take a bow YJBs

Well, neither did the one at Burnley, that doesn't really do it for me as an answer. If there we're safety issues maybe, but there doesn't seem to be any at all.

FAO Jacks at Burnley on 18:46 - Mar 1 with 1751 views | Rancid | Great trip and just got back. That song we sung for 90 odd minutes was tremenedous and I'm still singing it in my head now. What a performance from our fans and how shite were Burnley's? Spoke to loads of them before the game and I think we undersestimate how other fans see us and I thought it showed with their awful support. No confidence and I hasten to say it but i thought they were in awe of us both on the pitch and off it.Yep, I really thought that. Stayed up there overnight and when we got up there at 12pm yesterday it was surprisingly mild. After the game it was like Siberia there though and we genuinely were concerned the roof was gonna blow off our hotel.Great result, great away fans, great home fans and great trip. The drive home this morning was far fro great though and one wrong turning cost me toll booth charges in the Midlands???? TWICE!!! Not complaining though and a definite high on the Swans rollercoaster of emotions. Thought the ref was the best I've seen all season too, whoever he was. [Post edited 1 Mar 2015 18:52]

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Even the Burnley fans must have been humming it, it was sung for most of the game by the guys in the bottom left of our fans.

....still being sung at Preston railway station on way home I spoke with a couple of lads from the Blackpool area on the train going home - who went to the game with their Swansea mate in the away end and said they had a fantastic time. Great support yesterday. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Hate the sit down be good and sing nice song brigades. Killing the atmosphere at games and one off the reasons why premie grounds are boring and dead as real fans cant get in for thes toss pots Feck off and watch tennis or bowls ffs |

FAO Jacks at Burnley on 10:05 - Mar 2 with 1346 views | perchrockjack | good point about how other fans see us. Seems away fans rate us higher than of of our fan base and its truly incredible really having seen the non stop crap against Monk . English Media still patronise us whereas Welsh media are simply choked by where we are and it shows. English fans have a lot of respect for us and see us as a pain in the arse to play- which is great. We aint anyones patsies for sure.

FAO Jacks at Burnley on 10:33 - Mar 2 with 1320 views | ScoobyWho | Negativity burns brightly in some supporters minds, away trips are grand, especially the Burnley one, one of the next this season. Villa tix now bought this morning, they tell me only a handful left. And interestingly in conversation they reckon more and more fans are buying tickets over the bridge. More than ever before.
