Just googled them - because I had indeed completely forgotten them - and it turns out the bloke in the Rangers top is Simon Barker.

Demonstrating that if Wilkins was the piano player and Holloway the piano carrier, Barker was the bloke who moonlighted playing mellotron for Malcolm McClaren post-punk vehicles.
