Seems only just over 100 tickets sold to away fans for this long Tuesday night trek up north. If it had been the Saturday there would have been hundreds up there with some spending the weekend in Blackpool no doubt.
Still if we continue as we did on Saturday against Blackburn we can make it 2 games without defeat surely. Swans to win 2 nil.

Before Sheehan it had 1-2 loss written all over it. With plenty of energy 2-2.

At £30 a pop not cheap but me and my nephew will be in da house hoping for a few goals and a good follow up performance if Vip cracks one like Ferrie did all those years ago then all the better.

Alas I won't be there C, the eldest is going with a mate of mine though, let's hope he brings the points home 🤞

I'm sure Perchy will be going. It's not far for him.

I will go if it is pay on the day. As long as my flight isn't delayed on the Tues. Last time I went we lost 1 0 so any result will do.

Preston usually do pay on the day, keep an eye out for it.

Been fortunate to have been at Deepdale for both the 1981 Div 1 promotion game and ‘that’ Ferrie goal ; watching that shot fly in from behind the goal was a thing of beauty seemed to be in the air for an age !!

Beast of a player with incredible unfulfilled potential remember seeing him break down in front of the South Stand in his comeback game against Birmingham I think it was very sad indeed 😔

Bodde one of the best , I remember watching him playing for the u23's v I think Arsenal down at the Scarlets new ground which we used then whilst waiting for landlord to be completed, he ran the show but broke down there as well ,I can't remember him playing for us after that evening .

Never quite sure whether Bodde would have kicked on in a higher league or become another Shelvey. Like Jonjo he had no shortage of talent but by all accounts wasn't heavily blessed in the IQ department.

That was the first premier league season when he was in the squad. Played in two friendlies, not sure if that was the last one though. Could have been.

My favourite player (next to Trunds). He had it all like Keane. He could score, tackle, worked his socks off and his attitude was incredible. Will never know if he could have made it in Prem but I personally think he'd have walked it.

Noticed a large blue coach outside the stadium at about 11.30am today (Monday). Is that how the team travels to games like this?

It will for sure but we are going in to it with a bit of confidence after last week, a good rest and time to get things right on the training ground and hopefully against a side who may react like it’s a game after The Lord Mayor’s Show.

I’ll take a draw all day long though.

This game is definitely winnable, I predict a 1 -2 win for the swans.
