Bazunu and Archer are regularly named by him in this category. It seems clear that the likes of Stephens, Downes, Harwood-Bellis and Manning are at the heart of the culture problem.

Poor leadership seems to go right to the very top Its the same in any industry, I'm a painter and decorator and if I have to I sometimes do site work, on the good sites with good management its organised, the quality of work is good and it gets done on time. On poorly managed sites its easy for a toxic culture to breed, work is shoddy and even though you start with the right intentions its hard not to unconsciously start to go through the motions, take your money and get out as quickly as possible The point to this analogy is we signed very good championship players like Azaz and Fellows and brought back Charles and Edwards who all had fine seasons last year and they all now a shadow of what they were

Bit unfair to say that both Edwards & Charles are shadows of what they were. Charles was probably one of our best players until his injury. Edwards has not really been given a run in the side & when he has played he's been played out of his best position. But I totally agree that some of the senior players have created a lazy culture that needs sorting. [Post edited 5 Jan 22:05]

Sometimes you have to read between the lines as the saying goes.

Even if we dropped to League 1, it would be worth it to clear out any wasters. It is a worry if there is a breakdown in professionalism, although we must be careful as we don't have any evidence and it is not right to mention names. Never make judgements on a rumour.
