A price has been given and Ki's agent been told if they can find a club to match this price he can leave the club.

Good news in my opinion.
With our relatively good end to the season i think we are in danger of sleep walking into mediocrity next, by starting to believe we are better that we are.
Undoubtedly talented, that's only part of the equation though (as with Shelvey).

In fairness, that wiki link someone posted actually says that they still have to do 4 weeks basic training. Perhaps that's the bit being delayed until after the friendlies?
No idea whether this OP is true but don't think he was at the awards this week was he? Also I believe he'll go this summer - don't think he'll want to stay and we should get a fair whack for him.
Very good player in the right circumstances (team not being dominated, on the front foot etc). Not as good when the going gets tough. Can't complain though for a £5m signing, he's served us well if that's the end of it. If it is the end then it's rather nice that he left scoring a goal and getting MOTM in his last game for us. | | | |
