Never a fan but he was good in the first half but had to play as a third CB in the second to make up for Mawson's poor positioning. Felt sorry for the lad after the OG and his confidence was shot for a while but then he tried to over compensate and went for too many balls that other Swans players had covered. He'll get there but tonight needed experience IMO especially as both left backs have proven to be suspect and Hoorn has only just come in to the team.

Llorente the best player. Fer? He has scored goals in a very poor goal scoring team, but still overall a poor Championship player. Ki played a better game last night, but too inconsistent. |  |

I'm sorry but even the most positive supporter could see Fer was totally anonymous last night. Can't criticise him for his goal-scoring contribution but his all-round play is not enough.
He is lost as a holding midfielder.
Evidenced by him watching admiringly as Allen ran away from him into the box and almost scored a 4th.
Ki was excellent at what he does well, but again is terrible at tracking runners and defending in general.
If Ki is to be first name in midfield (and he is improving) it has to be a combo of Ki/ Britton or Ki/Cork or Ki/Fulton.
