Logistically the north east could be better for aways. The arguement for the south east was access to facilities for away fans and therefore extra revenue for the club.

TAM said that the NE would be contingent on spending a bit of money on toilet/refreshment facilities. Downside of the SE is that you have to close off the far corner of the South over where Rowleys is because that is where away fans come in.

Yes, the 'I' followed by the 2 'LL's is particular.
And you wouldn't pronounce the 'T' at the end.
Without knowing, the 'GN' is tricky. The 'G' is sometimes silent, and other times not. I could be wrong but it feels right to be silent in this case. Not sure though.

enduit - polyfiller stuff is pronounced with a 'w' but then there is the double 'L' which I'd liaise with the 'I' rather than putting the 'U' and 'I' together.

However it's a difficult one. It could be different.
For example: You might get a bad COUGH if you are sitting on the BOUGH of a tree.
or
There might ne a cold WIND blowin when you WIND your watch up.
Proper nouns can also have cultural pronunciations.
