I read an interesting titbit the other day about anti semitic tropes in Boris Johnson’s one and only novel from around the early 2000s. Can’t remember the details but dismissed it as it can’t be true because Bluey would have told us all by now. |

I'd be interested to see the full tweet chain the the quotes themselves.
Seen people claiming the novel is racist due to n word being used - yet the section containing those is a monologue of an immigrant traffic warden going through what he'd been told, the abuse directed at immigrants.
Only things I'd pick up on that would be "proud nose" and the "eyes like snake" bits. The rest are nothing really to do with the ethnicity.
