Swansea City v Luton Town : Matchday Thread 22/23 on 19:22 - Aug 17 with 5610 views | Flashberryjack | I've got a wedding on Saturday, and been thinking of a plausible excuse to to give to the missus why It's a good idea not to attend, as I'd miss Saturdays game. Sadly, to avoid a divorce, I won't be at the Luton game, maybe our luck will change.

Thank your lucky stars. I said yes to a freebie today after a few lunchtime drinks. They’ve worn off now and I’m regretting it already😂

Remember Rhys Williams racially abused and no one done for it. Remember the cowardly assault from behind on Manning from behind for some standard time wasting.

What if the Harry you mentioned who is waiting isn't playing ? Could make all the difference? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ If Swans play like they did last night ( until the last few mins obviously) then no complaints from me

Swansea City v Luton Town : Matchday Thread 22/23 on 20:15 - Aug 18 with 5011 views | AndyCole | . Nathan Jones will be miffed we now have Joey. He'll be scratching around looking for the chinks he's been accustomed to exploiting. Joey has massively made his mark on and off the pitch. Player-management team in the making, by some reliable accounts. We are instantly a far better team with Joey calling the shots in so many ways. Grimes is suddenly unleashed. Two of the very cleverest, most highly capable CMs in this league, playing beautifully in tandem. We may be transformed. In a heartbeat. With Joey and Grimes driving us forwards and playing our Swansea brand in the way they know best, architecting not just from deep but also through and into the final third we could well have finally started the 'Tranishun', with an altogether different brand. A brand some of us have been crying out for for the past 12 months. If the Allen-Grimes show is allowed to blossom again, in theory we could actually win this. However in practice, the facts to date are altogether less favourable. Theory and practice; Concept and Reality; Facts and Fiction...... someone could write a book........or a thread or two....... .

A suggestion for you if I may. DM Keroauc the bullet points you want to out accross. As it is football related he can then put these in a coherent and cogent post for you. Give it a try!

Swansea City v Luton Town : Matchday Thread 22/23 on 07:19 - Aug 19 with 4814 views | Sirjohnalot | Came home last night in horrible weather. Today is beautiful, sun shining. I’ve got two video link cases to do then I’m off for the weekend. Going for a Joes, walk on the beach, parkrun, watch the super Swans, come home, have a pizza and watch the boxing. Throughly confident of a win, this will be a good season. Joey Allen is a Jack….

I’m enjoying myself. Love going to away matches, really love taking my dad to the game. The more I can take him, the better a season it will be. Course I want is to get in the playoffs or top 2, but far more important things.

Of course, but “a good season” and “enjoying yourself” aren’t really the same thing. I went to watch the Rocketeer in the cinema in the 90’s when I was a kid, utterly dreadful film, I mean truly dreadful - but I enjoyed the day out. I couldn’t describe it as “a good film” though despite enjoying the occasion of being there with mates and eating junk. So in terms of a good season, what does that look like to you? Play-offs?

Yes, no reason at all why we cannot challenge. With a bit of luck, we'd be on 9 points. We were awful against Blackburn but should have beaten Rotherham and obviously Millwall
