My QPR supporting mate bought his tickets in the home section on 27th March when they went on general sale. No sign of tickets on Swansea site, or free travel places. Are they leaving it so late hoping people won’t go?

I rung the club shop today said they were waiting on QPR which seemed strange.
When you spend £75 on a train to London it’s a bit crap tickets are not available 2 weeks before the game.

You'd have thought that as tickets aren't on sale they could have put a limit on free travel to QPR and use one to help subsidise one for Sunderland.

If the club is planning to give free travel to QPR. Depending on how many the away upper tier holds 1,800 If they are true to their word they have to plan for over 1,000 which at 50 seaters = 20 coaches. Now we know not everyone will travel as there is a large fanbase in London & S.E. etc and others who want to make their own way. So surely the budget for 20 coaches won't be used.

Last weeks forum has left them with a sense of insecurity.
The basics are being overlooked as they sit around plotting how to cut club costs.
The basics being ? The fans.
Sunderland is a debacle and now no coach info for Easter weekend. The big noise doesn’t work when the very simple matters are forgotten and leave the fans disillusioned. It won’t take much for them to have another pissed off fan base on their hands.
Go easy Swansea, think before you blink before you speak.
There’s already a lot of of people contacting us that are pissed off with simple day to day running of the club. Fans, ticket, travel, stadium experience, food, access to the club shop and a lot more. It’s a warning now that if they don’t deal with this they will once again loose the fans.
And it won’t take long.

I was recently sent a survey regarding all those points you made. I'd say people like me are the ones that could easily be won back after 40-plus years as a ST holder (there are also around 10 others from Pencoed alone) if they did things better.

I noticed on Saturday that a lot, perhaps half, of turnstiles were shut.
