WTF has happened to it? its been replaced by San Miguel Especial and its awful stuff.

Not a really a lover of lager, used to like the original San miguel, left with Peroni, Moretti or Poretti now, won't touch the other offerings.

Staropramen for me too

Holiday regularly in the Canaries, as mentioned earlier in this thread, Alhambra is a nice drink, Dorado Especial 5.5%(not the regular stuuff, which isn't nice) is really good. I like Mythos, but be prepered to be frowned upon if you ask for it in Greece (they aren't fans over there)

Tesco and Morrisons doing 4 x large bottles of 'foreign' lagers for £8

It's becoming a good idea for booze runs to England after the Gov minimum charge 50p per unit of alcohol - 18 cans of Stella £19.20 in Morrisons here - £13 Tescos Cribbs Causeway - fill a van!!!

Ist October the minimum unit price is going up again and yes I always fill up in England, not only fuel.

Bought the Augustiner yesterday from Sainsbury. Make sure you have a nectar card as you will get 4 for the price of 3. Dumbo here didn't have one so paid the full hog. It's a good German beer maybe a touch overrated but will definitely have again. Thought I would be a clever dick and bought another 4 German beers ..not realisng they were weisbeers ...yuk not for me

I do like a Cruzacampo. Staropramen is a lovely drop, and also really enjoyed a pint of Hawkstone last month. Pricey though.

Staropramen Very cheap here, Spanish versións of Lidl etc down here are pretty bad but its on offer 52c a can AND there’s a big keg available too for € 7

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

Don't know where they get it from but, Stella, Peroni etc on draught aren't the same abroad as they are in the UK. Tecnd to stick to bottles, unless it's local and upper end (Alhambra, Dorado Especial etc)

They are brewed in this country, but they are the same really. Same ingredients, brewed under licence

Went down Rhossili safternoon mainly for a bit of lunch and a swim, tried that Aspall cider, tidy enough bit dry and bland for me though, only had two.

Mythos is certainly the main drink in Zakynthos not a bad drink at all but I'm suprised somebody thought Cruzcampo was a good drink🙁

I saw bottles of Mythos in Tesco bit earlier, was slightly tempted to buy a couple to try, but opted for 4 Poretti's and 4 Perioni, bought them early cause there was very little left when Mrs went shopping last week.

Cruzcampo is like coloured water and that's about it, but I regularly see people buying it in pubs who have it on tap.

Supping a pint of Clarkson's lager in the Langland Braz at the moment. Not bad at all.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.
