Not officially confirmed, no. Local media certainly treating it as a done deal.

In an ideal world, that would be the case. In reality, once we signed Bony, we shut the door on a signing like Lukaku. He's going to want to be first choice and Chelsea would only loan him somewhere he was going to be first choice. |  |
