I really don’t get all the fuss about Simon Rusk.
It seems fans were so glad to get rid of the scruffy loon that Rusk is seen as some kind of saviour.

After the performance Dibling put in against Palace I’d have him nowhere near the squad.
It’s a shame Downs is out as I thought him and Ugochukwu were solid in midfield on Wednesday.
Who knows what team the scruffy loon will pick on Sunday , but any other time ( team) this would be a good time to play Tottenham as I feel they are there for the taking .
Can’t see anything other than a Tottenham win to possibly confirm another record and our relegation. |

He was an absolute disgrace last night did not look interested at all and I’d have yanked him off.
It was like we were playing with 10 men when he came on.

Saints 1 palace 2 and their clean sheet away run record comes to an end …

There are worse run clubs, Reading comes to mind.
However there are certainly a lot more better run clubs than us.
Sport republic have to be up there with one of our worse owners, and Dragan is getting an easy ride. |

I wonder if this has anything to do with the last game at Goodison.
According to facebook some saints fans were offered money from a Everton fan / tout to get Everton tickets in our end for Everton fans.
I’d imagine some of their fans would pay a fair whack to see the last game at Goodison.

1. it’s a very easy journey around 4 hours and the ground is very easy to find
2. Plenty of parking though you’ll need to look around as there were 2 car parks next to each other one charge £20 the other £15
3. Easy to get a drink in a little pub 10-15 mins walk from the ground .
4. Hate to say it but my last 3 visits I have to say it’s got one of the best atmosphere from the home fans - makes it easier when you win and have plenty of songs to sing .
5. I find it easier to get away from Anfield than Goodison and back on the motorway by 5:50 . |

Will pop along to this one but not looking forward to it at all .
For some reason Manchester United always get the flack for loads of “glory” hunting fans but Liverpool don’t get any flack despite have just as many .
The trains and motorways are full of just as many Liverpool fans as there are Man Utd fans when they are at home . [Post edited 5 Mar 9:15]
