A game for 75mins that Sutton didn't show any intent to win, it's becoming a pattern now and it was called out in our WhatsApp group.
I've said on here previously that I would sack him and appoint Hill until the end of the season to try and at least guide us into the playoffs and then we go again in the summer🤷. |

The players aren't playing for him anymore, this season is buggered now and potentially so is the first half of next season thanks to Gauge and the ridiculous contract that McNulty was given last summer. [Post edited 8 Apr 22:15]

Which will be a shame as the atmosphere in TSMFS was fantastic on Saturday up until the missed penalty.

I walked through the feeble Police line down Willbutts Lane and said to a big lad who was about 19 or 20 who was trying goad the Police 'It's Spennymoor this, do you not think that's it's embarrassing?' I then crossed Sandy Lane to continue to walk up Willbutts Lanes and there were families stood there watching what was going on.

You are missing the point.
Yes, if we would have held on for those 90seconds then we would have been going to Wembley but it wouldn't have covered up a really poor performance against a part time team who came for penalties 🤷🤷.

Spennymoor turned up just for penalties today, at least the FCUM embarrassment saw them have a go at us and then have another go at us after we'd made it 2-2.

Only 6 seats available in The Pearl Street Stand now, you can see those two blocks in the Willbutts sell out tomorrow morning.
Regardless of personal opinions regarding McNulty and tactics tomorrow is a fantastic opportunity not just to get to Wembley but to get this much talked about 'Project 5000' up and running! The large crowd will obviously make for a better than usual atmosphere and the club will have many new emails addresses to use to try and attract new supporters with ticket, club shop and other offers.

The way our form has gone this season is a run of very good performances followed by a run of poor performances so hopefully last Saturday is the re-start of a run of good performances and good results👍. |
