I wonder if any of the board had relegation clauses in their terms & conditions - highly unlikely! The club relied heavily on commercial revenue from the Premier League. With such a massive reduction in turnover, you have to cut your outgoings in order for it to remain sustainable & viable. I don't want to see any staff lose their jobs but to sacrifice the quality of the squad , which is ultimately responsible for the success of the club & business, puts everyone at risk. It's about time the fat cats had a real hard look at themselves. |

This whole situation makes my blood boil. TATA were put up for sale to force the government into offering them incentives i.e change in law to re-calculate the pension to benefit themselves (not employees), access to government loans, reduction in business rates, energy costs etc etc if u read between the lines its been a bluff all along. Good people have left as a result, risking their pensions being frozen all so TATA can benefit from past failures. As soon as interest rates rise you will see a significant improvement in the pension performance & the deficit will soon diminsh. It wasnt that long ago that it was voted the best performing pension in the UK so it cant be doing that bad!!! |

We were 3-0 down at the same stage in the game against Utd. Not many left that day, probably coz most were there to watch Utd & not the Swans!! If you are there to support the team, support the team regardless of how bad they're playing. Anyway, there's already another thread on this so let's leave it at that. |

Not the scoreline or the lacklustre performance but the number of so called fans who left as soon as the third goal went in. Absolutely pathetic!! |
