I personally think, the strength and athleticism of modern football...is ruining it as a spectacle a lot of the time. Pitches are too pristine as well. Of course, neither of those reasons apply to us 😉

I don't think those running QPR had higher hopes than a lot of supporters do🤔 But then they haven't been involved with this loony club as long as many of us have😉

Good post. It's a good to stand back and evaluate things. Still a dreadful performance though, and might a few more to endure this season.

I watched most of tonight, and a fair bit of the Sheff derby on Sunday. We didn't look any better than Weds in all honesty. Fully fit, we have a relatively competitive team for this league, without them...we look L2. Worrying.

He was as poor as anyone. We do have a lot of form both recent and historically, of loan players looking as shite as everyone else once we get them on a permanent deal. Think he has talent and should hopefully improve. Saito, and a few others have neither, going by what I witnessed tonight, and in other games this season

Nah, they are probably just feeling sorry for themselves. Be interesting, though not easy to stomach, what kind of response we get between now and the end of the season. Surprise me Rangers.

I still can't believe Hull are in the top six. It can be done...but we have neither the will or intelligence on and off the pitch to do it. And for the record... I expected to lose tonight. It was always going to be one game too many. But surely we have to offer more than that.

Has been for a while. The odd win thrown in now and again, has just papered over the cracks running through the whole club. It's the lack of standards that sadden me the most.

There are plenty of candidates to blame tonight, but I am heartily sick of Saito. He offers nothing and should never play for us again this season. Look to offload him ASAP.
