Is anyone else wanting to see an appearance from Diakite? He started and mostly bossed the midfield in wins over Liverpool, Arsenal, Swansea, and Spurs three years ago. At the end of the season, he picked up a virus, the next year he took some personal leave after we bought him, and really has never been seen or heard from again. He has been saying the right things, Ramsey said he looked good in pre-season, and he seems desperate to get on the pitch, offering to play RB.
For all the talk about him being a mentalist, the only red card he picked up was the one in his very first match.
He's never spoken ill of the club off like Barton or Taarabt did with their million chances, and he quite frankly, deserves another shot. |

Taarabt played the lone striker a few times our last go round in the Prem. We had some pretty good results as I remember.
Keep in mind as well that every other player in the starting XI was with us last year. Would love to see this lot (especially Faurlin and Simpson) dominate and give Harry something to think about for Saturday. |

For those in the USA:
1. If you have ESPN Deportes, you can watch the match in Spanish. Most people do not get this channel.
2. Otherwise, the website ESPN3.com will have it free streaming with good quality if you have computer/internet access. I've even got this hooked up on my phone.
