Camps was good in parts but mainly bad. For every goal scoring opportunity he makes for Dale, he balances it with one for the opposition. He's played like that consistently for two years. So yes he didn't have a shocker, in fact his overall poor performance was no shock at all to me.

I have always liked Davis, but think he performs better with Andrew rather than a lone forward. As with all our players if he didn't have limitations (injury prone in his case), he probably wouldn't be playing for us.

Late in the game Davies jumped under a header in front of the main stand (and me), drawing a frustrated "for f**k sake Davies". A very polite and otherwise very quiet young lady in front of me took exception. She claimed to be his sister, she was certainly delighted when he scored. It seems that Steve (along with most of the team) is still far from match fit as a result of the "bug" that appears to have "ripped through" the squad.

Whilst this doesn't excuse the penalty miss, it does explain his and other players apparent lack of fitness, and perhaps the below par performance(s).

Certainly a result to remember, I don't think his sister will forget it in a hurry.

Reading this thread I'm not the only one to have muttered "what difference will that make" when Kitching came on. Perhaps that explains why I'm an Energy Manager and Keith's a Football Manager.

The FiT would no longer apply, making a substantial dent on the return for an investment now. Don't forget you will need a new inverter at some stage before 25 years are up. A bit off topic have you considered battery storage to you get to use all the power generated. These seem to be very fashionable when linked to domestic solar.

Only just seen earlier comments on this topic. We appear to have some very knowledgeable supporters.

Brexit. I wouldn't be so sure.

Not at all and certainly not something in a far away country of no concern to us. I'm sure it was far from our finest hour. Most would agree that came a few years later, with the help of brave Czechs among other nationalities who joined the few.

Rather than excusing the British or blaming the Germans, I was merely highlighting that whilst we turned our backs we were not the aggressors or the only ones to turn away.

For the record I was in the remain camp and think we collectively have made a terrible decision. For good or bad the decision is made.

I'm fairly sure the tanks that rolled over the border had German drivers not British, I assume they also remember that. In fairness the EU may have had a small part in making sure it hasn't happened since.

Anyway it's all water under the bridge now and we must get on with making Brixet work the best we can, hopefully for both the UK and our very good friends in the EU.

Not really Red Issue related, since I have never bought a copy. More Premier League related. As my user name suggests I have been a United Fan for most of my life. Most people who watched Dale through the 70's and 80's needed some kind of therapy be it United or City. I am also now much more at home watching Rochdale every home game and some away, when time and finance allows. Somehow, for the most part the club still feels like it cares about it's supporters. If they ever did United and City certainly don't now. I'm clearly not qualified to comment on Liverpool.
