I'll still never understand all-ticket games where it's clear the away end won't sell out. Unless it really is just about club finances and staffing costs (not as if Stoke are brassic though...). |

Indeed - and West Ham fans will disagree but I always feel like they're an East London version of us; strong community links (well, until the ground move...), tradition of playing attractive football, a boom/bust history.
And as ever with football club owners, be careful what you wish for.

Well if he continues to do well (and hopefully improve us too) then I'd hope he'd be good for a big bucks Prem move in the next few years. Maybe even more than Eze went for? I mean he's already in and around the England U21s too. |

Apparently other Championship clubs are showing interest in signing Frey.
I assume for other skills he has, it surely can't be for occasionally playing football? |

When you put it that way Edwards really is a must have if we can still get him (and as we saw v Leeds he can do a decent job in midfield too). I'm just confused as to how we actually afford him, is it the magic money tree again? |
