Bl00dy hell, this round doesn't close until 13 March. Are we going to have to keep this up for five days?

And no doubt the airline will be rolling out endless interviews with the pilots saying how they "understand the importance" of getting the planes to fly properly

Oh good, so Tony has decided to buy into another high-risk market where most of the existing companies are already making a loss!

Looks like Grant Holt was put forward as the candidate for Norwich, which doesn't say much for the rest of the squad

Samba 100k a week
at 09:19 31 Jan 2013

£100k a week sounds like rubbish to me. I'm sure Samba's agent was quoted somewhere yesterday saying that QPR wouldn't be able to match what Anzhdglk Majdkocudnlffibejdndkxc are paying, but that he wanted to come back to the UK to be closer to his family. Mind you, that was probably rubbish too.

So Harry's going to go from wanting 11 Jamie Mackies in his side to having no Jamie Mackies in his side?

Remy IS a ranger
at 15:51 16 Jan 2013

Seems long I agree, but at least a long contract will help to preserve his resale value. If he had a two year contract his value in a year's time would be a lot less and we might not even recoup what we bough him for. Hopefully the club are viewing this one as an actual investment, unlike our previous policy.

Realistic or kidology?

Nothing revolutionary about it at all, but at least it's a change from the previous approach when buying Park, Ferdinand, Cisse, SWP, Bosingwa, Zamora, Johnson, Dyer, etc

Exactly how we should be looking to work in my view, as long as TF & co are prepared to risk losing some of the original fee paid if we go down - unless they are really bad we at least shouldn't struggle to shift them off the wage bill if the worst happens.

Seems we've got these two (if we have actually got them - nothing official yet) at a very good price, if what Harry says about Spurs looking to pay £20m for Remy last year and a club making a £28m bid for M'Vila are true.

If they are as good as everybody says and we manage to stay up, and have a good start to next season, I could see these two moving on this time next year for double what we've paid, which is good business in anybody's book.

It also gives them some incentive to play as well as they can, even if they don't give two sh1ts about the club - in order to get themselves a move to one of the "big" clubs, so hopefully they'll at least be a bit more motivated than the has-beens we signed previously.

Having said all that they'll probably both turn out to be useless

He can check with Land Registry if any charges are registered against the property. There is a fee, but anyone can do it http://www.landregistry.gov.uk/public/online-services.

This will show if any loans/court orders etc have been registered against the property. For a more thorough look into it, it might be worth speaking to a local solicitor - afraid it's not my area, so I don't know what more to suggest.

Hope that's some help

How are you planning on paying for all these extra prison places? We already need more as it is, without sending everybody to prison and making sentences last twice as long.

And six months for swimming in front of a boat? Justin Lee Collins makes a woman's life a misery for months and gets what? A couple of weeks community service? Agree with Northern, this country is mad.

He was on 5 Live a bit earlier on. Gave a good account of himself as usual, whilst trying to avoid being drawn into giving a view one way or the other on Barton's rampage.
