To get out of this league i feel we need a mix of football physicality and aggression.Physicality and experience usually comes at a price. What i watched last night just re affimed what i was thinking because we were lacking in all those areas.

You have to win the right to win a game of football .Playing out from the back is all well and good but has to be combined with winning second balls,tracking back and sometimes going long as and when its appropriate.

Our financial predcicament dictates that we are bringing in young talent on loan etc but that alone will not get you out of this league imo.

Ethnic composition has to be in the conversation because when immigration is so high in one area and subsequently not enough money from central governenment is allocated to that area then there will be a lack of doctors,schools and general infrastructure.

Its cheaper for governments to place people in the North of England as opposed to say the home councties and thats why they do it.
