Chairman & owners, take a leaf out of Pep's book!!!!!!
at 14:00 27 Dec 2017

Our American owners and Chairman should read the piece on Skysports.com: Pep as a great leader and take fu**ing note when recruiting our next Mgr.

I particularly like the last quote "WE ARE HAPPY" - merry fu*king Christmas HJ and who ever else in the USA !!!!!!!

Here are some quotes from Fernandinho on his Mgr:

"Of course he also gives me extra motivation to keep going and doing what I am doing now.

"Our manager is a great leader. Everyone wants to follow his philosophy with the same spirit. What happens when you follow a great leader is you believe in his mentality."

"Because if you go to the game and everyone wants to do it by themselves, it's going to be a mess it's going to feel difficult.

"We are happy. We are playing good and I think the mentality of the team is good because everyone is thinking the same way. And the proof of this is on the pitch."

According to SSN bilic is keen to talk to SCFC but we are yet to open up communication with him and that we are not interested in talking to Pulis.

Our 6 previous mgrs had no PL experience before joining Swansea.

I hope it's s decent appointment and someone with PL experience. We desperately need strengthening in January.

My vote would be Pulis.

The club expect to give fans an update regarding Clement and his team's replacements in the next 24 hour.

So who's going to be our next Mgr or Coach?

True cost of dropping out of premier league
at 10:32 19 Dec 2017

Interesting point in that article from Steve Bryce regarding players wages:

I wonder if our players have clauses in their contracts which reduce their wages by between 40 and 50 per cent, should we get relegated to the championship.

No worries ! Yeah the next set of figures will reflect our players in and out. But we have big debt.
We are in a worrying position financially. Our wage bill is almost equal to our revenue. The yanks are desperate to increase revenues.e.g selling the naming rights of the stadium

This article is pure speculation. It's Published by Trinity Mirror which owns walesonline and the Evening Post lol!!!

Where is the proof that Premier League basement side Swansea are mulling over a dramatic move for Tony Pulis?

F*ck off Daily Mirror!!!

SCFC are far from making a profit. Our wage bills almost equals our revenue. Although they do have £20mil in the bank.

Based on the last financials submitted, we are in the shit!

These Americans have got a lot of work to do not to mention PC! I just hope we can pull away from the relegation zone and start playing decent football again. We are in a bit of a mess at the minute and it needs sorting quickly.

I can't believe we are in such a position, it's very sad and depressing!!!

Let's hope January brings some decent players and some goals.

"Kaplan and Levien want Swansea to become more self-sufficient in their financial dealings, and one of their prime objectives for that goal is to take control of Liberty Stadium" BBC

So that's one objective achieved!

So far the American takeover has brought with it frequent managerial changes, a narrow escape from relegation and the sale of some of the Swans' best players.

It has also brought what Jenkins believes to be greater financial security but, until projects such as the Liberty Stadium's acquisition and the club's commercial expansion are complete, it remains to be seen what the Americans' legacy at Swansea will be.

Sanches could be playing on Sat
at 15:25 30 Nov 2017

Feature him in the U21 or U23 set up for a period of time, give him
Some game time to help build his confidence.

PC must be crazy to play him right now.

Good idea!

PC should not feature him at present but instead focus on building his confidence in a different playing environment.

Lose our next two games
at 12:40 30 Nov 2017

The issue we have is that we haven't replaced sigs or llotente, decent goal scorers. Our recruitment has been very poor which means we will struggle to score goals.

Bony and Abraham will struggle to score goals because of our system, they simply won't get the service they require.

Chris Woods move to Burnley for example, at £18m is proving to be a very decent acquisition. He scored 30 goals last season for Leeds!!! He is delivering a good ROI for his club.

Why can't or don't we recruit for players of this quality?

I question whether or not PC is the right man for the job. Because right now we have lost our way. We offer no value to the fans, share holders, prospective players and to our commercial partners.

We are not playing football, like we used to? What's changed? Why is this poor form/ run continuing?

We are in a difficult period or position right now and things need to change quickly, starting against Stoke. Our stats are shocking, simply not good enough. We are a laughing stock!!!

Time is running out I feel for PC.
