Clive - I have only just decided to sign-up but, as you know, I've been an avid reader of this site for many years and just want to thank you for this brilliant, yet rather depressing, article – how you conjured this up in the time scale possible is amazing.
The main thing is for me is the number of charges, seven - not one, not two, but seven. However, I think people are just relying on gut feeling rather than actually knowing what our punishment will be, as this is the first rule break of its kind in the Football League, and the negativity is heavily influenced by the fact that this is QPR and that a crisis is always round the corner. No one, apart from the suits at the FA, know really what is going to be a suitable punishment, and until then we must keep positive and continue to support the team – any protests at games against GP should be left till the end of the season. It won’t do any good for things on the pitch.
As I said on Twitter earlier – I’m shitting myself a little every time the Breaking News tab appears on Sky Sports News - I won't have any pants left come the end of the season.
