Open training session
at 19:31 25 Aug 2022

Well, not having announced the arrival of a new manager today, I can only assume the ‘Open training session’ was cancelled to protect the players from the wrath of hundreds of angry school kids? Lets hope performances improve by half term…………😮

Is that a 2 year deal or actually a 6 month deal with an option to leave if the going gets tough?

Season Tickets
at 21:44 21 May 2021

Most other clubs have released their season ticket prices and some have even started selling them! A lot well under £200 with incentives like reduced price if you had a season ticket in 2019/20 but didn’t renew last season.

Seems strange for us not to?

If social distancing is still in place its a good bet that it will be as now, 25% capacity or 10000 whichever is less. 25% of the capacity will cover the number of season tickets we sell.

If the club waits till the announcement and fans aren’t allowed in the grounds then no season tickets will have been sold. The club will have lost the money from people who have bought season tickets but don’t claim a refund? Seem to be shooting themselves in the foot by potentially ensuring no funds at all from season ticket sales.

I’ve heard we are getting another loan keeper from City next season. James Trafford apparently.

It’s no coincidence that we keep giving late goals away. Game management is non-existent.

Stotts coaches - Experiences?
at 20:36 21 Aug 2017

I was on the coach to Carlisle last year. Not sure who made the call but people on the coach were offered a freebie on the next away trip.

Previously used the coach to QPR and the drivers had a lot to contend with including cleaning the toilet of vomit!

Did the minibus to Swindon and again had no problems apart from the usual road closures on the way home.

Now go by car or train as you can set off early and ensure you get to the game on time and stop when you want. Not everybody has access to a car of course and the coach is probebly the most cost effective mode of travel for some.

What about a digital advertising hoarding around the pitch perimeter. The current advertising looks tatty and dated. I agree that the ground all round needs a bit of TLC in general!

I think it has gone worse!

Service in Pearl St is rubbish. At half time we were about 12-15 in the que and it took 10 minutes to get served. No hot dogs left, soft drinks machine out of order. 2 girls running around like headless chickens while the lad behind the counter stood there with his finger up his arse!
