An absolute fúcking belter of a preview to end another year of incredibly high quality writing. The consistency is almost baffling at this point, even for a club that provides as much content as ours.
Always usually at least one line that makes me genuinely LOL too, this weeks is - "Who’s that? It’s Julio Cesar. Where did he come from? Uncle Tony got him for me. Did he."

Only watched on a stream, but the formation looked more 541 out of possession, with Dykes moving to right mid - be interested to see his heat map - either way great to see things that have clearly been worked on reflected on the pitch.
I also thought Paal was really good, combined with Chair in the way Willock used to, both moving around to create angles.
I think Cardiff expected, as we all did, to just turn up and roll us over, hopefully teams keep underestimating us until we improve and get some depth. A huge win and well deserved. |

Everybody looking for that next Graham Potter, and young forward thinking managers like Vieira doing well only strengthens the profile of people like Beale.
Gerrard going has also made people think that Mick was the ingredient for PL success there, adding another line of rhetoric...
Such a shame, not least because I think he could have done something special here and still fulfilled his own ambitions once he'd raised us up. |
