I'm not expecting us to be getting a Messi or Ronaldo etc from our academy, but for the last few years and with all the promise, non of the players have stepped up. Granted the first team was dreadful in pre season, but non of the academy players stood out. I still don't believe any of those players can step up. Lissah is getting rave reviews, but I wonder how he will deal with the championship. I was hoping Kyrell Wilson would step up. Whatever is happening, something needs a shake up.
It's always got my curiosity at how certain players can take on tactics or anything when they can't speak English. Even when they have people translation to them. Yalcouye is another as Matos said in a recent video, he doesn't understand a word.
Always reminds me of McBurnie. I really hope he does well and can come back to compete. If Vip goes, then we will have Idah and Wales. Still think the club needs another striker though.
I agree with value with Cullen, but you have to wonder if he has a place with the players coming in. Fisher is dreadful. He is good with his feet but coming out or anything with his hands.. Well being a keeper he is shocking. Vig is a different class. I was never a fan of Latibeaudiere. Fulton has found form with Matos liking him. He hasn't been consistent enough, previously. But have no real objections if he stays for another year with less salary as he brings experience. Grimes for me I wa never fan of either. Slowed down play and everything went through him.
If we're all honest, is there really any player who can step up other than Lissah? Non of the players in pre season showed anything Congreve for me just doesn't fit the bill for us. I wouldn't be suprised as you said Keith if more are gone come summer etc.
Surely if Tymon goes there will be a big fee as he recently signed a new contract. This one would be a massive mistake if we sold. It's not as if he is the best defender, but his pressing and assists is brilliant. Lose that and we really will struggle with goals. We'll even more.
Galbraith should be put in midfield 10000%. But I would have him in the position he plays now over having Key there. Yes Galbraith has been guilty of 1 or 2 moments on defense with goals but Key is absolutely shocking as a defender. No idea why Parker hasn't been given the chance as well
For me personally, Key needs to move on be it now or the summer. I'm sure if he gets the move, some posters might start to highlight his attacking play. But miss out Key is a awful defender and looks clueless in his position on the pitch. I say get this done.
I'll take that win. We need to kill games off, and we did get complacent before there goal as we knew they was poor. But cannot do that in the championship. Subs wasn't as impactful as previous games but Coopwr did well and was lively. Ronald for me was really good with his energy. No real complaints on my end. Hopefully going against a better team on Saturday means we will be more on it. Also with VP being the top championship scorer, I'm starting to worry come the summer he is more likely to go. Saying that aloud is even More nuts considering this time last year he was barely impactful for us.
Thanks for that. It's interesting. I just spoke with someone who had issues on the weekend with tickets and them being printed with the wrong match day. And this has happened a few times.
Also I reached out to the the Trust and they kindly helped and stepped in. Swans customer service sisd they are looking into it, but I won't hold my breath.
As a club, Swansea really need to re review their communication and attitude towards fans. Over the weekend, as a Swans TV subscriber, the stream was a mess. The commentary was out of sync from early on, then at around the 70 minute mark the stream just cut off completely and never came back.
I contacted the club and got no response at all. I also spoke to the streaming service Swans TV use and was told this was an isolated issue and somehow on my end, which I simply do not buy.

The audio is clearly out of sync, and plenty of people in the comments are saying the same thing. Yet apparently, according to them, this is just my problem and they received no complaints.
This feels very similar to the ticket office fiasco earlier in the season. The club badly needs a reality check and needs to start communicating properly instead of brushing things off.
If there were any other realistic options for watching all our matches, I would cancel Swans TV in a heartbeat. Sadly there are not. These issues have been happening for years now, and it is honestly a disgrace.
It turns you off as a fan for the club. I messaged there support team and they just reply with the generic response and take 0 responsibility.
It goes a long way for them to at least put a social media post out and say its an issue.
I work hard all week like most fans and look forward to the match. Win, Lose or Draw. But when the club lines its pockets, and not admit fault like they did with the ticket issue it makes you think what the hell is going on
The club likes to talk about it caring about the fans. But maybe they should look in the mirror once in a while.
It's not just a game for some of us, it's our lives and when mental health and life and events around it occurs all I want to do is to switch off and watch the team I support.
This isn't the first time or the last time it happens. I feel like a man alone on an island.
Would of been nice if Swans TV Stream actually worked. Audio (commentary) was out of sync and the stream disappeared around 70th minute. Couldnt enjoy the game at all.
