McParland, one of Roy Keane’s coaches, left the club during January’s managerial change around but not before masterminding the 1-0 Carling Cup semi-final first leg triumph over Arsenal. McParland will be working under new Robins boss Paul Hart, who has taken over from Danny Wilson, who resigned on Wednesday.
