Bournemouth FC on 18:22 - May 18 with 3499 views | Banosswan | They like having the away fans in the corner, rather than behind the goal. If they expand, they'd have to offer more away seats, moving the away fans to behind the goal. Good idea to improve their chances of staying up and guarantee more revenue before expanding.

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Even if it means they can't sell their own seats to their own fans, think PL rules are 10% or around 3000, if the ground holds above 30,000 Going to be a bit of a rush for Ballmouth tickets. We were already planning on a long weekend down there as soon as they were promoted!

I think they've got a great chance of staying up, they play some good football and have an excellent Manager and I think he'll get it right next season, they've got cash behind them as well I think, Howe was talking about signings in the build up to our game against Arsenal last Monday, he loves us so I for one wish him well

We did say we would be expanding if we stayed up? We didn't. They said they would expand if they went up. They haven't, now they're saying they'll expand if they stay up. What's the difference? It's all talk!

Bit late for that. I think they spent more on a player in the Championship than we did on anyone in our first season in the Prem. didn't they also table a bid of £5 m in January for Grey from Birmingham is it? Role model my arse. Watch them go down the QPR route and sign 'big name' has beens on silly money.

I'd put Bournemouth down as having a better chance of staying up than Hull / Newcastle, Villa, and the two other promoted teams.

I was always lead to believe that it was 2,000 minimum for away supporters or 10% over and above 20,000 capacity.

Nope! 0-29,999 10% 30,000 and over 3,000 minimum. Swansea City - 20,827 (away 2,100) Arsenal 60,000 (away 3,000) QPR 18,340 (away 1,800 max this season in the upper tier) Crystal Palace 26,000 (2,600 away) Old Trafford 76,000 (3,000 away)

I think I also remember reading somewhere about penalty clauses. For example we could have more than 3000 of Old Trafford but the next increment would be say 6000 / or the entire top tier (depending on how their segregation is set up). However if we don't sell these out then SCFC still has to pay for the balance of unsold seats.

Bournemouth FC on 07:38 - May 19 with 2672 views | Johnw102 | Just announced their season ticket prices between £550 behind the goal to £760 main centre stand. Under 8s free, capping at 7000 season tickets only to be issued. My eldest son and Grandson are season ticket holders there and have been for last 9 years so not plastics and the fans are pi**ed off at these prices.

Personally I think that's a bad call by the club. Assuming that they have hiked the prices by £200 then these 7000 seats only generate an extra pre tax revenue of £1.4m which is a drop in the ocean when compared to the TV money. This might put Premier League football out of reach for some fans who have been there since Div 4.

Bournemouth FC on 08:17 - May 19 with 2615 views | libertine | Bournemouth is one of the richest places in England the shops have ridiculously expensive clothes shoes etc and even art galleries with painting selling for but its also a place of them and us as there is the cheapy shops aswell, very mixed demographic. what will happen now is all those die hard fans who've been there for many years won't be able to buy tickets and the new plastics will be able to invite their friends down for the weekend and show off their fav soccer club
