It seems to be two steps forward and one step back with Sheehan. I thought his midweek selection/set up/tactics/substitutions were excellent, today they were poor. He has plenty of options now and the owners have invested in a very good squad, he just doesn't seem to be getting the best out of them. He needs to improve very quickly or he will gone, the owners like the supporters will want better. |  | | |

Competent. Capable. So far not as hopeless as Williams or Martin, but not as good as Rodgers.
Could still go either way. I think he's capable of more but we need to start seeing it soon. |  |

why? He has been here 3 seasons
today was his 22nd consecutive league game in charge
He had what 5 games in charge after Duff and before Williams.....despite a huge upgrade in additions durong the summer plus Widdel we are in the same place in terms of points and results as 12 months ago.
His management has cist us points ....more so than the dodgy officialling.
Its all about opinions but I doubt the owners will be muxh more patient .... | |

Despite what the ipad and sat nav asvisors say the head coach shoukd be guided by what he sees on rhe ppitch....a couple of times Sheehan has been defended by putting his assistants in the firing line.....I didnt hear Sheehan in the mix when Williams was beimg pilloried ....

He’s already explained that his decisions come from the positions he wants, the players are scouted, data etc … and he is included in a meeting to discuss their potential signing. He can’t request the players as they have to be in keeping with the general players budget, which he isn’t involved in, although I would say he has pushed for the likes of Vigouroux. | |

There was no sensible reason to bench Galbraith if we wanted to win the game. If team selection is being done by AI its time for supporters to call it a day and stay at home, that's from a season ticket holder for more than 50 years. | | | |

Coleman was always going to go and montague deserved to go for taking a holiday during the busiest time of the season for his position.
Its a tad different when it comes down to the manager, for example, williams allegedly lied about his interest in the WBA job, he lasted almost 7 weeks after that incident and got the sack after 7 defeats in 9 games imo caused by his behaviour.
Sheehan has got a fair way to go before the even think about sacking him. | | | |

Sheehan is the heas coach i repeat the ipad people offer advice Sheehan makes the calls or should be....as I said earlier would Tosh have bowed to the ipad folk?
