.....won the game , better squad won today's game , as I said in the match thread seems on the whole you have to over spend and break the rules to get out of this league. Its a sad indictment of the modern game.

Yep, 3-0 was not a fair reflection, can’t understand why some are going ballistic

Probably unreal expectations, still think Top 8 is doable with fair wind and a following sea.

I am more of the mindset that we lost today rather than Birmingham won.

Millers goals were two excellent strikes but he is on loan from Hull.

I think you could argue that Birmingham's spending has given them a better squad depth than ours but even then if both squads remained injury free throughout the season, come May, I don't think there would be many points between the two teams. We have recruited well.

We have recruited a few players with injury records where as i would think Birmingham don't have to go down this cost saving path. So I think probably our squad is a bit lighter than the money bags Brum.

There must be some decent strikers knocking about in non league..I know it's a massive step up but surely they would make the right runs. I watched a bit of Millwall v Lincoln on TV at lunchtime and Lyndon dykes was absolutely gash. But it wasn't missing chances, there were great balls into the box but he was stood on his heels not where he needed to be. Solanke is a bit like this for spurs and he's got England caps. Dykes keeps getting a job though. There seems to be a shortage of strikers, but surely thinking like one can either be coached or someone from a lower level would have the right instinct
