For bury again. Pfa loan to pay wages
0
Transfer embargo on 09:48 - Feb 23 with 1980 viewsColDale

Should it not be a case that all loanees have their contracts terminated immediately, rather than a pointless transfer embargo? Taking this on face value, if they can't afford to pay their own players, why are they allowed to pay other clubs for their loan players? All these loan players will receive their full wages with some proportion of their wages paid by Bury to their parent clubs.

It's the Bury way. It's how they do things and how they've always done things. You're right though - why should loan players be allowed to stay and receive their full payments when the club has to borrow from the PFA to pay its' own registered players ?

Bloody ridiculous.

How's fails finances at the min? I'm guessing they are not much healthier looking at your gates. I think we are heading out of the league sharpish. Unless we merge or do thinking outside of the box, non league beckons.

If you're looking to merge, don't look here. Try FCUM. They will buy you out.

Im guessing Dales finances are slightly better than your shambles considering we are currently not operating under yet ANOTHER transfer embargo?Hillys budget by all accounts has increased in comparison to the scouse cowboys we previously had, good old bury, always 12 months behind us.
You can stick a merge right up where the sun doesn't shine

Quotes from Blackwell last night include the club is run in a shoddy way and the club is in a poor way plus he wasn't told the truth about the club before he joined

Ouch!

Burys season is quickly becoming a joke.

Still plenty of delusional shakers out there making it all the funnier!

Wins today for Oldham colchester and scunthorpe please!

I bet they can't wait to get that Efe Sodje back from Barrow on 11th March.

Zubar played well in defence for bury against No££s last night. I thought it turned the match when he had to go off injured.

Jesus saves but Beasley scores off the rebound.

I just remembered what a great effort you made of L1. We will have a better idea next season how we both shape up considering you were only 3 wins or so away from non league a few weeks back.

You can't live on sell on fees forever especially looking at your current squad. As for a merger, I would call it more of an adoption of you being a little brother and all that.

Only 10 minutes for a bite and it's a whopper like pops! Chortle!

The thing is pops this thread is about bury and the farcical way your club is being run.

Or are you happy with the shakers at the moment?

The icing on the cake would be for Blackwell to resign and John Coleman to take over...

The bury board appear to have the thought of many a bury fan, in that they still think they're in division 1. They seem to have the mindset that they need to be signing "big name" players such as healy, and a manager like Blackwell, who isn't going to be on peanuts, they need to realise where they are, there was someone here asking how Dales finances are, well thats rich, Dale will never spend what they cant afford just to appease the fans.

Life is a game of fate.

I would prefer failure than merge with bury scum, not that it matters cos tits up seems to be the only prospect for the peeling muppets.

Just heard the Blackwell post match interview on Radio Manchester from Friday night. It included this classic line:

"We played like Rag Arse Rovers"

Brilliant. Rag Arse Rovers. This famous old club. Ho Ho Ho...

How on earth would they pay off Blackwell when they can't pay their players?

We don't want to be linked with a town who's 3 main talking points are it's immigrants, unemployed & kiddie fiddlers (especially the fat one). We have the lovely reputation of a world famous market and 2 shopping centres to preserve. You keep your spindles and payday loan shops and we will happily slip into non league and oblivion. Would I swap, probably not.

Do you really think you will be a league club much longer on gates of less than 2000? Maybe on an Accy level but is that really what you want. I would rather sack it and spend the reddies on ale.

Spindles is in Oldham you knob! Your market is only famous according to that tiny billboard you see as you pass it by on the dual carriageway!

Kudos on the other points, although we do have a PC World these days so go figure!

Thought they weren't allowed loans

No sympathy whatsoever, been a poorly run club for years, you'd have thought they'd learn at some point!

If I hadn't seen such riches, I could live with being poor
