Saints more than most have been dismantled over the years but you’re right Toffee it is very tedious. I’m amazed we have been getting nearly 30 k every week but I can see the crowds becoming more sparse now with these owners showing no ambition whatsoever. A few years in the championship will show who the diehards are and we will be in the championship a few years with these owners no doubt about that .It happened to Forest and Leeds . |

We might sell one of them but definitely not both that would just be fuc***n stupid and ridiculous. I hope it’s Archer who leaves and not Armstrong. , Archer has been very dissapointing . |

I was at this game in 1976. Channon scoring right at the death and more or less relegating them. As a 15 year old kid I wasn’t going to hang about at the end after seeing the skates leaving the Fratton end to come round to our end.
I am also went to the game in 1984 . To this day the most mental I have ever celebrated a goal I was pushed forward in the melee and fell to the floor, mates pulled me up I was 23 just the right age to enjoy it after having a few beers out of the city and a mate driving in . Great feeling and brilliant atmosphere ! |

I’ve Been to several derbies at Fratton and that was the worst from your lot, your noise from the Fratton end was pathetic considering it’s your cup final. The only passion from your lot came from the scrotes to our right, you know the ones who spat at our players , tried to wrestle with our players and chucked fireworks into the crowd. You deserve everything which is coming your way, hopefully a points deduction and relegation to lower tiers which is of course your normal level. [Post edited 27 Jan 17:10]

Spot on Dirk. As I predicted when I first saw him play he’ll be a star one day for someone . It might take 2/3 years even longer perhaps but he’ll get there. You can lose your attitude, fitness etc but you don’t lose your ability especially at his age and he’s got it in abundance. |

1. Bubble well organised not sure why we had to get aboard so early though , some bloke who went didn’t board until about 5 mins before we left.
2. Rubbish facilities at Fratton but there was plenty of time to have a few beers before the game.
3. I thought the atmosphere was good but not Outstanding.
4.Both sides gave it their all i thought so that’s last two games we’ve given everthing so you cant knock Eckert for lack of effort.
5. Surprised nobody has mentioned the smashed up seats and wrecked toilets in our end. Not great |

Absolutely Grumps he was underrated imo , played well when we got promoted and as I said played well early this season then strangely got left out. Always gave 100 % which is a lot more than most of our squad.

You saw a different game to me Grumps. I agree with the manager for once.

Sorry Pat. I enjoy the pubs before the game but also I have used the fanzones now and again , anything for a change. I hate routines and it’s nice to change things about a bit .
I’m Always in The Dell bar at half time too I actually like all the changes,love the fact you can order food before the game in the concourse and just walk up and collect it at halftime. [Post edited 21 Jan 11:03]
