That all sounds in line with the American broadcasting angle, absolutely. It'll be a bit like baseball where the only clear positive is you can judge when the ads are coming, as opposed to American football and basketball where they take every possible opportunity to go to adverts. |

I've only been to one world cup. 2010 in Cape Town. Was so excited when the email came through to say we had the opportunity to buy the tickets. At this rate, now that this 'new normal' pricing insanity has been introduced, I'll probably never go to one again. Ah well. |

Well by many accounts they were looking to move Nardi on. They tried Walsh at No. 1 instead, but he's injured now regardless of how well he did or didn't do. Hamer is an obvious stopgap but has been fine I think, though he's back to being a sub for now. I just don't think they have full faith in any of them and would be looking at their options in January. |
