Good punt IMO. Cook likely gone at the end of the season frees up some wages. Varane possibly on the way out. I thought Samba Diakite was the next Viera though so....there is that.

Was a bit worried seeing Jimmy come on at LB/LWB. With a lot of injuries/suspensions in that position I suppose there was noone else expect the MLS guy that was called up. Don't wanna see him play there again tbh

but he did clear a few and seemed to be shouting out orders.

When things are not going well, he always stands out as one of the worst. Dunno if his head drops or it's a confidence thing. He has the talent IMO.

Some exciting cheapish "punts" from outside the UK and the lower leagues is what a lot of people wanted. It's certainly more exciting than the type of players we were being linked with just a few years back under Ainsworth. We also seem to be getting the renewals done in time so we don't lose out on transfer fees.
