Fond memories of watching Robin Smith smash everything to the boundary wherever possible.
Loved watching cricket on summer holidays on TV as a kid, the one player I remember the most from that era, loved his batting style.

Took 10 years but when Terry Fenwick went to Spurs the penny dropped that footballers don’t always have the same loyalty to one Club as fans. Was a shock as a young kid when Fenwick went. I wrote to him at the Club but never heard back. Good life lesson. |

If we did a Family Fortunes style survey with 100 Rangers fans I’m going for:
1) Stan
2) Rod nee
3) Les
I didn’t see Stan play, apart from his testimonial game at Griffin Park in the late 80’s.
Les was the best player I have even seen play for Rangers. Also my favourite ever player.
Stan & Rodney will always by the top two for most fans I guess but I know where you’re coming from silverbirch. |

I got stung with a PCN for driving down Riverscourt Road on Christmas Eve which arrived a few weeks later so was expecting more in the post which never came.
My advice is avoid. |
