While I agree, I think it's also just the collective coping mechanism of tens of thousands of us schmucks who put up with this nonsense every week.
If I got steaming mad after every sh*t QPR performance, I would need sedatives to function day-to-day. It's just easier to joke about it sometimes. |

Hearing that RND seemed sad at the end of the game with some hypothesising that he might be saying goodbye ahead of a recall in Jan.

Absolutely agree with this. Anywhere between 6th and 12th with a big couple of player sales would show we're making progress. I would love a run at the playoffs but I'm not going to get my hopes up.

Anecdotal evidence doesn't undermine a hypothesis supported by qualitative data. While it is possible to outperform your budget (something we are aiming to slowly do), there is a statistically significant correlation between budgets and performance.

Still coming back from a major surgery to be fair. If it's a Sam Field situation where the surgery 'fixes' the root problem and he stops having so many injury issues then I can be patient. |
