Good to see Aaron Mitchell step up to the U21 squad and get a goal. He could become a very decent player for us. It seems we have a few who could go on to make a decent go at it. Even if not with us would be nice to see some of the youngest go on and have a career in the football league .
Gallen also mentioned Amara Diané, might be this fella http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/amara-diane/profil/spieler_29287.html not exactly young!
Also if Doyle not fit expect BZ to start on Sat! |

Park in a RM (was surprised he was dropped), move Andros over to LM so he does not have to cut back all the time
4 4 2 that can easily be changed to 4 3 3 if the wigs start to overrun us in Midfield
I know tarbs left out but I don't think he can play at the moe in a 4 4 2. In fact I don't know any more his best position, behind the front man?

In all honestly the biggest thing the board can do is get this training ground complex pushed though. Yer I want to stay in the prem but for the long term future of this club we need to start from the bottom and attract the best young players. Look at Palace, they just churn them out!
So all the doom and gloom about the prem would soon be lifted when the first fork pitched, we need to think long term |

Make Adel play in the final third where he is affective
Tell Mbia to stop f*cking around with it and to stop bouncing of players half his size
Somehow get Diakite back in the team, or midfield lacks physical presence and any drive, this boy can play, it's your job to work out how

You have to start with a striker. With Mackie or Adel upfront we just invite pressure. I would rather Betty start up front than those 2. Letting DJ go is madness, he has pace and can stretch the defence.
As for the midfield it changes each week, and the lack of pace and power is worrying. Any of the top 10 championship teams would beat this team with no worries

Yep yesterday was disappointing but if we had won yesterday and drawn with Chelsea I imagine the mood would be much more upbeat.
Yer we are probably down but at least we have some back bone now. And if What TF has said today is true then hopefully even factoring relegation we might be heading on the right path.

I have left Mackie out but just think at the moment the number of games he has played it looks like he needs a rest. Also I think he can have real impact as sub. I think when Tarbs is played on the left he gets a bit more room. |
