Cortolina own aporox 18% of Breedon, so worth perhaps £250m.Small change to Amit's father-in-law! I guess Amit's stake as reported is personal. Hard to know these days how committed the wider Mittal family are. |

Money talks. There is more to be made with Elise. Our cut of any Eze fee is part of the reason why. |

I'm not sure that people should be getting so excited about the possibility of Crystal Palace selling Eze. If they have to sell somebody, Elise is perhaps a type of player who is more in demand and what's more cost them less with, as far as I know, no sell-on addition. That equates to more profit. So you might expect them to aim to sell him while perhaps keeping Eze to placate the supporters. I hope I'm wrong |

FWIIW. Amit's main interest is in Breedon, building materials company. Apparently his current stake is worth £4,200,000. So in football terms, not a lot. |

I wish I could find it in myself to be as positive about the CEO appointment as some of the others posting here. This a video fame running off a glorified spreadsheet. There is a great deal of grit involved in running a club, from negotiating catering contracts to dealing with entitled players who, in some cases, are going to be considerably older than this young man. There is a lot you learn from experience. He hasn't got much. |

Reputedly 11 years experience in football.. He is 26. Eh? |

Can someone please tell Marti that, as the new Anti-Gaz, he should be avoiding references to positivity. So far, it has got us nowhere! |
| Forum Thread | Blaming the manager is easy but.... . at 21:13 7 Oct 2023
As a paid up old git who has done a lot of managing I buy the idea that managers are invariably pilloried for stuff that isn't their fault and the number of managers QPR spit out makes it unlikely they are all duffers. And I really, really want Gaz & Dobbo to be given time to succeed and, yes, the psychology is important. But, but, the decisions being made, the tactics and style of play are baffling me.....I have a long tether where managers are concerned, but just now I can see the end of it. With FFP can they afford to sack them? |

People seem a bit mystified by who this bloke is. For what it is worth as far as I can see he is President of (and presumably a major shareholder in) a privately owned Cincinnati based firm who made a name making commercial greenhouses and whatnot and now are into solar panels among other things. If it helps, one of their subsidiaries publishes a useful guide to cannabis cultivation. That might stand him in good stead if he has money in QPR, but I can't see any other obvious connection. If this is all well know already, my apologies. It doesn't take much tracking down. |

Willock hasn't looked like he cared since well before Gaz arrived. |
