The behavior of several of the Norwich players in our game was shocking and a few of them behaved in a similar way in their next game against Portsmouth which I watched on tv. I think the Norwich manager needs to deal with the behavior of his players instead on just blaming everyone else. |

To be honest, I'm not really bothered about how Armstrong progresses or not - he didn't want to sign another contract to stay, so we sold him while we could. |

Chair has hardly played this season and will no doubt take a few games to get back to his usual self. |

I think players who have genuine pace will always get chances to develop all those other skills over players with no pace as a lot of the other attributes can be coached/learned. |

I usually get to 6 or 7 games a season, because of other commitments and where I live, and since I've started taking my kids in 2013, I do keep a note of the games and scores. Last Saturday's 3-0 win over Norwich was only the second time me and my son have seen us win 3-0 (away at Rotherham in 2016 was the other game). [Post edited 15 Dec 19:28]

Strange decision by Oxford - first time at this level for years and probably with one of the lowest budgets and they sack the manager who got them promoted in the first place. Wonder what weird replacement they have lined up? |

There must be something somewhere otherwise you could just move the ball around as much as you want |
| Forum Reply | Twine Free Kick at 15:50 14 Dec 2024
He should not have been allowed to move it to the side and the City players should not have been in our wall. It's a good finish but made easier by our wall and keeper being in the wrong place (due to the ball being moved) |

Not only did he move it away from the mark the ref had made, at the point he took the kick, another City player was basically in the middle of our wall, where he was not allowed to be. The ref had made a line as well to indicate where the City players could/couldn't stand at the end of our wall - the City players and the ref then ignored it. Thought he was very much a homer - gave several soft free kicks to City where the same challenges against us were not given. In fact, I thought Dickie fouled Alfie Lloyd a few seconds before they got the free kick which the goal came from. Having said that, we were awful for most of the game particularly first half. |

We need to try and get the ball into the feet of Kolli and Saito - on the one occasion Kolli had the ball to fit and turned the defender, it resulted in a foul and yellow card. |

"McLean was making his third appearance after his initial four-match ban for his sending off against Middlesbrough in October and will now be unavailable until the home game against QPR on 29 December." So he can play against us later this month |
| Forum Thread | Another Injury Update at 13:18 10 Dec 2024
Latest club injury update: We are delighted to confirm Ilias Chair, Michael Frey and Jake-Clarke Salter are recovering well from their respective injuries and will return to matchday squads before the festive period. Jack Colback continues to work through the pitch-based phase of his rehabilitation plan following the first surgery of his professional career, and is expected to return soon. Kader Dembele continues to make good progress during the early phase of his rehabilitation following his successful knee surgery. Unfortunately, Žan Celar faces a period of time on the sidelines following a hamstring injury sustained against the Canaries. The Performance Services department are currently working through early medical processes to ensure he is on the correct rehabilitation path and a further update on his timelines will be provided in due course. Kenneth Paal came off at half-time on Saturday due to a feeling of tightness. The defender is anticipated to be available for selection this week. Thanks Clive, great report. My first 'live' home game of the season and what a match to pick. I couldn't believe how nervous I was for the last half hour, as you say, this is supposed to be fun. Good performances all round but especially Jimmy Dunne given the week he has had. |

You also need to factor in the people who would have seen this survey, likely to be people who follow Martin Lewis, and whether this affects the results. When I use Twitter, I do see a lot of Trump centric posts/opinions (even though I don't follow Trump or right-wing accounts) but I would guess that a lot of those accounts wouldn't be completing this survey. |
