RIP. One of those names that was high profile back in the seventies.
Pretty certain he played in the England team knocked out by Poland in 1973 where Brian Clough called their keeper a clown .
My old man used to call Gilzean “ Baldy locks and the three hairs” .

Ex Man Utd player , Phil Jones saying they are the biggest club in the world on BBC 5 live .
He played 200 times or so for them . He's one of the reasons they aren’t and never were the biggest club in the world. F**king deluded. |

Talented kid . Prepared to make runs prepared to make runs lots didn’t work but he got two cracking goals .
Right behind it in lower loft . The speed of the shot for that first goal was frightening.
Gave keeper absolutely no chance. |

Traffic was very light on my trip home and had some cracking lamb chops for dinner .
