Delighted we won, but that wasn't a great performance by us and the opposition was awful. They really didn't create much, but we looked like we were hanging on for a lot of that game. We let them get into the game by trying to grind out a one nil win and our third goal came from a major error by Wednesday.

Credit where credit is due, we did keep a clean sheet and we created two great opportunities through our own efforts, opportunities which we finished well, but there is still a lot to work on.

We can surely be more creative, close down and press better than that. Well, I certainly hope we can. Hopefully, the confidence we derive from this much needed win will inspire the team and give us more energy and drive.

Kolli nips in and scores from a tight angle.

Kolli's own neat layoff helped create that. Really well taken, Kolli had to do a bit to create the opportunity and the shot had to be very accurate, he didn't have much of the goal to aim at. Well done!

I really do think you can take promotion off your list of concerns!

A chance for Kolli, spooned over the bar. Argh!

Our corner, Madsen delivers but their keeper claims it. Sigh.

Looks like Smyth may be warming up. Thank goodness, his energy might enliven us. Might...

Dembele played in by Kone, he had to hit that first time.

I can't look, they have a corner. OK, I lie, I did look. Cleared, then a Wednesday shot curves wide.

Look, Wednesday might be poor, but if we don't get our act together, they will get back into it. Our closing down and press is half hearted at the moment.

I very much doubt it's just JS who is picking the team, but we've done that subject to death on other threads.

Good corner by Madsen, 'keeper tips it wide. Another corner, eventually, Kolli blazes wide.

Call me old fashioned - a very accurate description - but it is perfectly possible to disagree without having a go.

You know what, we could all give that a go. Come on, we're all members of the same tribe .

We really need to turn this dominance into a second goal before half time. I fear we're not good enough defensively to just play for a 1-0.

This squad is simply not talented enough to be able to give less than 100 per cent and win, well, not unless the opposition are also well off it.

Fail to do the basics and/or put in any less than maximum effort and you know what's coming.

Additionally, as others have said, it seems that every time we have a really good game, some fans and the senior management at the club get carried away and complacency seeps.

None of this is new, though, sigh...

So sorry to hear that you receive such vile stuff.

You and your team are providing a fantastic service to QPR fans - a service which demands a great deal of effort - and you do so with balance and self-awareness. Thank you!
