Thread QPR pet peeves
at 20:50 4 Nov 2026

Watching the game and subsequent highlights this morning.

My ultimate QPR pet peeve is how we strike.

80% of all the strikes yesterday are trying too hard to be flash, even Jimmy attempted a top corner shot. Illias in every game he plays does too.

Just smash the ball on target for f sakes... even blast it at their keeper if needs be... imagine breaking his face with a ball.

Instead the ball always ends up in the stands.

Only Ronnie when shooting understands this concept.

That's my pet peeve... what's yours?

I only watched the second half due to kids etc

But next year for sure I think Varane and Saito need to go, we need stronger midfielders.

Both guys above, I like as people and feel they are both good sorts, but sadly they just don't work for us. Varane especially is someone I really wanted it to work for. His goal last night was one of the few times he's passed the ball forwards.

MOM for me was Ronnie closely followed by Kamara

I don't want be a boo boy, but the guys above are just not at the same level as the rest. I even include Vale, because he feels like a work in process lets see what hes about after the new year.

At least we didn't lose. but felt disappointed.

Onwards to our new guests Lincoln at the weekend... surely we can win that one.

Salad cream is a condiment with potential to ruin a lot of things.

I've always like Mavericks within the sport.

Ronnie O Sullivan is a great, the guy is just an artist.
Arton Senna in F1 sadly remember as a kid watching him die.
Emma Raducanu in tennis. Think it's good to support brits in the sport even Tim Henman but I think I love Emma a bit.

In terms of football I always root for sides I lived near in non-league

Uxbridge FC
Horsham FC
Crawley
And now in Spain Sporting Gijon

But obviously if QPR played any of the above QPR above all.
