I think it's a reasonable question to ask.

In the past, when Chair was on, we played Chair-centric football, and the team is not playing like that at the moment. Where we could do with him is in those games where we are on the defensive, can't string two passes together, and need someone to hang on to the ball.

Ah, ok. I never noticed it before because there wasn't such a big difference between being logged in and logged out.

I tend to switch devices so I am often logged out (when I have just switched to another device).

The main problem has been the ad at the bottom of the page as it partially hides the text in threads in the forum. (I didn't realise that this ad at the bottom of the page goes away when you are logged in until I saw your comment. There is nothing to tell you that the site ads behave differently depending on whether you are logged in or not, and we've never had to think about this before).
