I doubt there'd be cause to utilise it practically any time soon- but at least it registers a stake in the ground for fan's and the community, and if anything untoward ever did occur in the future it would prevent it happening without consultation.
Given Spotland's mixed ownership issues, if nothing else I think it beneficial to highlight fans wish to have a say in what occurs with the ground, and would raise the profile of the Trust with the Stadium Company and generally. |

Big month. 5 games, 4 could be considered very 'winnable' - do that and were back as play-off contenders. Fail to win 3 and season looking pretty much over.

If every teams form from their last 8 games (Colemans reign) was to continue for the rest of season- with the only changes being a improvement of ours coming from a win against Chesterfield, and the dip in theirs from the loss, we'd end the season...
