Some crazy stats coming from that Bethell innings listening to the radio on the way to work this morning. His first ever ton in first class red ball cricket, the first ton from an England number 3 in an Ashes test since Trott over 40 tests ago! The most balls Bethell has ever faced in a match.

Probably a great postponement for us really. We don't have to borrow someone else's ground again and it gives Mani and Whatmuff 2 extra weeks to get back - and Allarakhia should be back too.

He hadn't really made a great start to his Salford career to be honest and wasn't really playing regularly. If/when he does get fit it would be certainly worth asking if he was available.

Unfortunately York look like the real deal and can last the distance. Should've lost on Boxing Day and drawn tonight. Goals in the 96th min and 91st min giving them 3 extra points - that's what Champions do.

I very much doubt they have awarded us the win (not announced it) and Southend are appealing (before anything has been announced). Usually the appealing process begins once a decision and announcement has been made.

Got away with one today, quite sloppy play - fortunately Morecambe were neat and tidy but no real cutting edge. Forest Green and York dropping points is a bonus - Boreham Wood look very good though.

Even if Hendo has missed a few in his career you'd have him ahead of McBride who is one of the most timid finishers I've ever seen.

Awful penalties but why is Mcbride even passing when he's through on goal? Playing very lethargic and too slow build up. Need Rodney on 2nd half.
