The well off elite of the South American teams/mexico will buy a healthy amount of tickets. Your average Brazilian can’t afford to get there let alone buy a match ticket I expect if the trend for empty stadia starts they will soon drop prices on the day so tough luck if you’ve paid full upfront and then on the day entrance is c.$50 |

Ted said Jehova…..stone him !! Sometimes you have to accept we were totally outplayed by a superior set of players. Get a grip opp performances like at Derby and Norwich really were awful, this was not one of those. |

He got absolutely smothered when KM smashed in the winner, no idea he is a bluenose but Im sure he joined in, maybe even broke Clive's chair. Nice appraisel of our performance below. Gabriel Sutton @GabSutton Like what I saw of QPR. For some time (guess since Warnock?), I’d struggled to associate a clear identity with the Hoops but they seem to have gone back to the old Holloway type values but with a modern, dynamic twist. In other words, aggressive pressing via athletic forwards and direct passes to the flank for quick, tricky but industrious wingers, using them to pin full-backs in and bombard the box with crosses. I think they have some real foundations now to build on, can see potential for them assemble a Play-Off capable team in coming seasons - and bring 4-4-2 back into fashion while they’re at it! As much as that dramatic winner hurt as a Bluenose, objectively it would have been almost a travesty if we’d snatched a point as the R’s were the clear better team, certainly on the second half. I wouldn’t have taken Ducksch off at the interval as we couldn’t play over the press in the second half, until the similarly named and profiled Dykes came on to make a telling impact - and playing out from the back continuously when you have Burrell & Kone running at you isn’t sensible. In fairness to the defenders, Stanno & Kyogo aren’t the strikers you clip it over to. Jack Robinson really struggled. I don’t think he’s up to the level right now. Work to do for Blues to remedy our meek away showings to contrast St Andrews dominance - but well done to the Hoops. |

He is so active during the match you can see him always pointing demonstrating to the players pushing them up when needs be. I should think our players are enjoying their football at times as much as we do |

Ok my turn From canaries to throstles QPR continue twittering. I like bird watching sometimes it’s a lost dopey pigeon trying to mimic a squirrel on the pitch. Hopefully our lads keep their eye on the ball but I do worry our keeper will be flappping at crosses. I hope we will be robin West Brom of all 3 points 2-1 to us. Got to be Burrell and Chair for us and an Alex Mowatt free kick for them |

Anybody else think we should have had a penalty in the st half when Saito having got round his man in the box by the bye line was shoved in the back of his shoulder forcing him to loose balance and fall over whilst in control of the ball???? 454 QPR is amazing show up for that bleak Grim Ewood |

I got chatting to a prison govenor last year who moved from UK's prison system to a role in Australias State Correctional system. He told me that prisons all over the world have inmates who have found themselves inside just for one silly mistake totally different from their life habits. Close call for Illy. Hoping to see a more mature footballing wise player in Ilias as the season progreses. I think we have seen this already as a new chapter in Illy's playing career unfolds. sometimes a step back from things in life allows you to see things from different perspectives; hope we get to see Illys bag of tricks plus a team leader on the pitch driving us onwards & upwards. |

 | Forum Reply | QPR continue to slide as Saints set off on new march – Report at 10:02 7 Nov 2025
Sheffield Utd have 2 of their own midget 10's Dembele apart from his inability to defend(like sheltering behind a badminton net in the face of a force 10 hurricane) looked as if he had the bit between his teeth attacking wise. Morgan likewise however Saints were just intent in packing the box so KM's passing was quite unchallenged. LIke Morgan he's worth a spot and he's fresh. Great report as always Clive, luckily no one sitting next to you as you would be banged up in Wandsworth ready to be released in time for Sheffield |
