I really think it’ll cause more issues than it solves. Honestly see nothing wrong with how it works atm - the people who are desperate for a beer can go and get one. If you’re willing to sacrifice watching some of the game in favour of a pint (when you’re only in the ground for 2 hours max) then I think that’s a fair price to pay imo. Also, football ground pints are generally awful 😂

Post-COVID, crowd etiquette at things like gigs and the cinema has got insanely bad, so by proxy I’m foreseeing carnage like pints lobbed over people “for the bantz” happening more often than it doesn’t.

Maybe I’m in the minority, but I don’t think this is an issue that needs fixing.

I said it to the folks around me at the time, but I don’t think my heart could’ve hacked the penalty if it was given for the handball. Nahki Wells v Birmingham almost killed me, never again 😅
