I think it will be a drive to Gants Hill & then the central line Phil. I certainly don't fancy a ride on the bus from Marks Tey to Billericay!
The important question is which pub to visit. Or where come to that! The last time we were away to them (Upton Park) we went to the Railway in Hornchurch, but any sugestions along the central line will be gratefully received. |

If I'd left on 90 yesterday, I'd have been home before midnight instead of 00.45! It doesn't have the same effect at weekends though.

I thought last night was the first time we've played a "traditional" 4-4-2. it worked well for us, but the defensive side of Smyth & Kaito had a lot to do with this. |

I know Phil, but you've been known to get on the slow train to Ipswich at 23.00 & wait at Ipswich for the train to Stowmarket. More time spent travelling, but less time waiting at stations! |

I knew the law & so I should hope that the referee would know it. Mind you, as it was Mr Ward I was a bit surprised!
My memory tells me that he was originally a linesman in the EFL & a good one at that. Why change from something you're good at to something your very poor at? |

It's always an option. If the club decide they want him they make an offer for him, if they don't want to pay money for him they don't. My expectation is that he will stay on loan until the end of the season & then we say goodbye.
I'm interested who the better full backs at this level are. I thought Giles at Hull was one of the best, but he was responsible for both Ipswich goals last week. I've no idea if that was a one off, or like quite a few I see, they are not that good at defending! |
