Not sure it’s trust our Brazilian it’s put him the shop window a few more times ,he looked ok at Oxford as he didn’t have anyone to mark , any other time he’s looked inexperienced and should be got g out on loan |

As I said earlier he was holding his right leg before he came off so to me and the guys i sit with looked like yet another impact injury to us . Varanne has stunk the place out this season so no real rush he’s back anything soon , chair was due back Xmas wasn’t he ? The loan of field makes zero sense as plenty have said |

im sure there will be a story later on that we tried desperatly for somebody but just failed to get it over the line before the window shut , deal was done but due to the players hamster not fancying a move to london they wouldnt come. im guessing hadyn didnt do his hamstring sat then as he was holding it when he went down. brave move from the wonderchild in weakening us when we are just outside the top 6 with tough games coming . |

if you held a poll on btween field and varanne who to let go majority woud say varanne . field can cover a variety of postions well , varanne can play in one postion on this seasons form poorly , as clive aid smack of well u will pick the dev players to make me look good. stupid move when we re still in the mix for a top 6 spot [Post edited 2 Feb 14:41]

Makes no sesne atall , if we was lower down the league then maybe and its a big maybe , but four points from the top six , and not that much in the way of cover. can cover left back centre back and is an excellent defensive midfield player. |

I’d hope we keep the same line up with saito replacing dembele on Friday , saito can also drop into the 10 roll as well and he’s got a litttle bit more pace as well. Long as we make the Welsh midget cry again thats all that matters |

Something has changed poor quality staff doing there jobs or more likely the person who’s telling them what to do isn’t up to the job . We recently advertised for yet another physio the club had 20 applicants in one day the advert was supposed to be open for over a week . It was closed after one day. We all know th person running the club hasn’t run a company before ,never employed a member of staff in his lifetime . And his football knowledge is minimal . It’s not exactly. Recipe for success from top to bottom is it . Lightning seems to have struck twice all being with the help of Ai this time. I doubt Ruben knows what’s going on as the person reporting to him is mainly the one to blame for the mess and I can’t see him hanging his mate out can you ? |

I asked the question earlier how many people have left the club since he arrived ? not just senior people furlong etc im taking the day to day people who work there . The groudstaff being one pretty important part fo the clubs well being . i remember at the start of the season there seemed to be a huge amount of jobs being advertised at the club all types of people admin physios groundstaff , is that from expansion or people didnt fancy working for the club any more for some reason.there are very few what you would describe old school people working at the club these days , yes people retire , move on fancy a change obv |

I live on the outskirts of london , combination of country roads and normal roads we can go 100 yars without having to navigate a pot hole , theres one near me which in one week has detroyed 15 wheels and tyres in under a week not just flat tyres but cracked rims , the council leave the cracks in the road for to long and the small hole becomes a small swimming pool in a year or two combination of water and cold weather . |

its a decent idea , we just need Dion Dublin in as chief of methodology to make it fly. wonder if it would work with older players ? Clark Salter for example. this property on the outside looks solid, but when you look inside its a diff story, everything that looks ok seems to be badly patched up. prob wont last longer than a month or two before your having to get somebody out to fix something else which has gone wrong. im guessing the previous owner got somebodfy in who said he could fix all the issues and make it worth triple its current worth , then went on.a long holiday and got the apprentice in to do all the work . the owner saw all the work and extended the lease , and low and behold the property broke down again and again . |

Read a while back Brighton gave ipswich there system to use for a year or so , it was the season before they got promoted thats why they went out and bought a huge bunch of decent young players got promoted and then obv came back down as quikcly. brighton asked for system back last season i think . not sure which version we are using but im guessing its something which is. way way less complicated than the ones brighton and brentford use . |

thing is with the project being buying cheap and selling big out of that group of players a few should be off in the summer Varanne for sure possibles Madsen Burrell Dunne probables dembele then its back to buidling again for next season and hoping to find some rough diamonds , this is the future for us obv , not seen enough of th players broight in for dev swaud to say would any of them be ready for the step up next season |

Id agree normally with the dont play him this season , one issue does anyone trust the meidcal advice being given to the players this and last season ? at any other club yeah nothin to play for send him to the best of the best and get him 100% right , are we likely to do that ? |
