They won’t slow the game down but are good at the cynical ,cheating stuff ,stopping breakaways and counter attacks , tactical fouling they call it

Mason - Clarke is a big threat for Coventry , good in the air and on the ground and they also have Haji Wright , 2 very dangerous and potent forwards , we’re going to need to be on our game for this one , need to stop balls being played into the box at source,a busy day for at but we can hurt them if we play the way we have been lately |

Fulcrug was bought from Germany as the main striker but got injured and never really got his place back , he’s a big old fashion type CF ,an international with a proven goal scoring record in Germany where he’s played for some top clubs ,he’s a good player,I’m surprised he hasn’t made it in the PL,if he’s struggled then I think West Ham should be aiming higher than a championship player |

I thought Burgess played ok last night , old fashioned no nonsense CH goes for everything in the air and puts challenges in ,we’re better as a team not messing about at the back and getting the ball forward quicker,yes he’s not the best footballer on the floor but he does the simple things well
Been unlucky with the OG’s but at least he’s not letting the ball go past him,without trying to stop it,which would cause us problems
Agree with the opinions on Franco and Ronald , they’ve got to stop the nonsense and just get on with the game
Widell adds a physical presence to the team and looks better every game |

First half we had a lot of chances to cross the ball first time but took extra touches ,slowed things down and ended up playing it back ,giving Wrexham time to set their defence
We have to cross it into Zan in the danger area quicker when they are running back facing their own goal |

A great battling 3 points , Wrexham were poor and one dimensional,everything about playing Moore in ,we kept him quiet and they had no other plan ,we were the better team and the only one trying to win the game and we did,we fought to the end and got the result well done lads
You can see a difference in our play over the last 4 games,emphasis on playing on the front foot and attacking quicker and not faffing about at the back and it’s getting results
Great to have Vitor’s coaching staff in ,now he can really get his tactics through to the players ,onwards and upwards Swans

Other clubs sell their players for more than we do , and we seem to pay more to get players in

We can’t afford to lose Zan while we are in our present position ,if we do then we have to bring another starting striker in straight away as Idah isn’t the player who can get us the goals we need to keep us up this season

Burgess is an old fashioned centre half , no nonsense win balls in the air type, a number of of championship teams have such a player and have another ball playing centre half alongside them,
I’m sure Vitor will sort things out,we can see pattern in his play already and when his coaching team arrive ,I’m sure we’ll improve |

The faffing about at the back cost us under Williams and Sheehan,getting caught with the ball or making hurried rash passes ,ending up turning the ball over and us conceding , the best way to beat a press is to go over it either up the middle or out wide and take their players out of the game , Vitor looks to have stopped us messing around at the back as we’ve been playing a lot quicker lately with less passing sideways and looking more dangerous for it |

Moore is a good player at this level,no doubt but he’s made of glass,doesn’t like the physical stuff as it usually leads to him missing half a dozen games,we need to get into him from the start ,he won’t like it and that’s good for us |

Whatever directives the EFL have given referees this season has created total confusion , I know we don’t want free kicks given if somebody brushes a player’s sleeve but some of the challenges we’ve had on our players that have gone unpunished lately is beyond belief , the Derby game particularly
The last few games the refs we’ve had have been deplorable,does anyone assess not these incompetents anymore |

I think we caused Stoke plenty of problems yesterday , more than they were expecting us to
The last 3 games have shown a clear change in play due to Vitor’s influence,hopefully this will get even better with his coaching staff coming in
Eom has played well lately,one of our best performers,he’s not the only one who gets pushed off the ball and he’s made a couple of good tackles too
We need to work on the physical side but it’s great to see us getting forward quicker and creating chances under Vitor after what we had before |
